One contract. Every country covered.

A single framework agreement, a dedicated account director and consolidated reporting, delivered in each country by a licensed national leader.

Proposed services, subject to confirmed country coverage and contract.

The challenge

International groups manage one security provider per country: different contracts, different reports, different response times, and no one accountable for the whole. Tenders take months and comparisons are impossible.

Operational scope

Build a comparable country scope

We map sites, opening hours, risk levels and incumbent arrangements before asking each country member to price its lot. A common specification separates mandatory requirements from local adaptations, so procurement compares like-for-like services rather than hourly rates alone.

Prepare the transition country by country

The mobilisation plan assigns responsibility for staff-transfer review, local licences, training, equipment and site acceptance. Existing service continues while the incoming teams prepare. Any gap in coverage, contractual dependency or local-law constraint is escalated before a deployment date is agreed.

Make reporting actionable

Country reports feed one consolidated view: staffing coverage, incidents, corrective actions and agreed KPIs. The account director identifies recurring issues and assigns owners. Quarterly reviews distinguish local operational corrections from changes requiring a group-wide decision or an amended scope.

Illustrative scenarios

These scenarios illustrate an approach, not completed client assignments. The scope, resources and objectives are agreed for each project.

A retailer expanding across three countries

A retailer wants consistent opening checks, incident escalation and loss-prevention reporting across France, Italy and Spain. IPN proposes a shared specification, three locally priced lots and a limited pilot. Pilot findings refine staffing and reporting before further stores join.

Outputs: country scope matrix, transition plan, pilot scorecard and consolidated review.

A logistics group consolidating suppliers

A logistics group has separate guarding contracts with different renewal dates. Rather than replacing everything at once, IPN maps contract dependencies and sequences country takeovers. A common escalation model is introduced while local employment and licensing rules remain intact.

Outputs: contract calendar, responsibility matrix and phased mobilisation plan.

Frequently asked questions

Who signs the contract?

Depending on your procurement model, either IPN signs one framework agreement, or each country member signs a local contract under a common framework. Both are possible.

Can we start with a few countries?

Coverage in each country is confirmed before signature.

What if a country has no member yet?

Coverage in each country is confirmed before signature.

How do you handle staff transfer when you replace an incumbent?

Each takeover is analysed country by country under local law (for example TUPE in the UK or Annex VII in France) before signature.
